    I was an athletic child and now that I am older no matter how much I work out, I can't loose weight, I can loose fat and go down sizes but I still weigh the same. Is there a safe way to loose muscle?

    I only worry about the number I guess because my ex weighed less than me and It drove me crazy. Now that we are broken up I want to change that. I know I have boobs and ass and men don't but still why should I weigh more than my signifigant other? Im not a blimp at all I just have muscles, my legs are bigger than some of the guys I know. I don't even like to wear skirts because they look fat to me when it's all muscle.
